Notes

Shrub in the rainforest. Leaves, simple, opposite, with narrowly elliptic interpetiolar stipules, many-veined from base; short petiole. Midrib coarsely hairy beneath and a crest of orange hair above in the channelled midrib; domatia present on the lower leaf half; venetaion scalariform. Flowers white, in leaf axils.
