Notes

Medium-sized tree in wet evergreen forest. Leaves simple, opposite, with interpetiolart stipules; blade obovate, 9 – 15 x 4 – 8 cm. Margin entire, apex abruptly acute, base cuneate. Laterals without domatia, 4 – 6 pairs. Fruits ± 2 cm in diam. Syn.: Tricalysia toupetou.
