Notes
Treelet to 10 m high and 10 cm Ø; common on mountains or rocky hills in the semi deciduous forest zone. Slash yellow, stringy. Fruit formed by a few free sessile, pointed, velvety carpels of about 3 cm long. Leaf 6 – 16 x 2 – 6 cm, cuneate at base, with 6 – 7 pairs of laterals, a darker venation above but a yellowish venation beneath. Young twigs very angular. Young parts with stellate hairs; petioles short on flowering twigs, longer on vegetative twigs.
